Sorry about that. Having some publicly available submission rules is a great idea as well as an explanation of why certain glyphs may have been retired or flagged.
Just really quick I can tell you our admins tend to look down on glyphs which are too simplistic (only a few colors with no real pattern) or too similar to other previously active glyphs (copying an old glyph and just changing a color or a single pixel).
Can’t say for certain which of these etherial rules your censored glyphs broke but the general overarching rule is keep the quality up and promote the community above yourself.
I’ll definitely try and get some submission guidelines out there just as soon as I can.
